Birthday Banner

Oh my, it has been such a long time since I posted on my blog.  Today I am showing you a birthday banner that I made for two of my favorite little girls in my life, my cousin's daughters.  Their birthday party is this coming weekend.  The flowers are made from coffee filters and Glimer Mist.  I love them and so easy to make!  Enjoy!
